The release of our first AI agent in beta tests yielded rich insights through the conversations with our innovation partners. We discovered a spectrum of use cases across organizations where applying conversational AI capabilities would bring significant value, showcasing the untapped potential beyond traditional customer experience and marketing realms.
It led us to envision a family of AI agents reinventing the online interactions between organizations and their ecosystem of stakeholders. All departments are showing interest in adopting semi-autonomous agents that can reason and interact with their business partners using natural language.
While most organizations are still busy piloting conversational projects internally to streamline their operations, many are already planning to expand the role of their AI agents to external stakeholders as part of their augmented enterprise strategy.
